The Cornerstone vs Beaver Builder - WordPress builder showdown.

There are so many page builders available for WordPress. It is hard to choose the best. This reviews the difference between Beaver Builder and Cornerstone builders. Other page builders include Elementor, Divi and built-in to WordPress 5.0 Gutenberg. When choosing a page builder there are many factors including price, ease of use, extendability, and popularity. Themeco has grown far and wide since it started in November of 2013. Beaver Builder is newer to the scene of page builders but it has quickly found its space and become one of the most popular.

Today I want to compare two builders available out in the WordPress world. I have a fairly substantial experience with both and want to share my thoughts. These are my thoughts only.

Where to Buy Beaver Builder and Cornerstone

Beaver Builder is available on the WordPress repository and available at a cost on their website ($99/ $199 / $399). The top tier versions of the plugin also come with the Beaver Builder Theme. Cornerstone is the builder packaged with the X theme and is available on ThemeForest for $59.

Ease of Use of Page Builders

Beaver Builder for me is one of the easiest builders to use. Beaver Builder is a full-featured drag and drop interface from the front end and very easy to pick and choose the module you want to add in. Cornerstone from the X theme is a bit more cumbersome to learn but once you get the hang of it, it is fairly easy to build out pages. The shortcodes are fairly well documented on their site.

Extendibility

Beaver Builder is one of the best extendible builders I have seen out there. There are a number of add-ons available for purchase such as Beaver Add-ons or Ultimate Beaver Add-ons.

My vote goes to Beaver Builder! It is solid has a number of extensions available and has an incredible community ready to help. Let me know what you think and what your experience is with different builders.
